Take Control Movement is a nonprofit providing movement-based behavioral support for individuals of all ages who are adopted, in foster care, or living with developmental disabilities. Through trauma-informed activity, staff training, and real-world social experiences, we help each person build regulation, confidence, and resilience. Founded by Arlene Lopez Martinez.
